We require limited liability via RLL, which is already included in the $55 resident convenience fee. However, we recommend personal property coverage or any additional insurance.

Residents pay all utilities: electricity via an electric provider, water & sewer via 3rd party billing provider that will be paid to the property in addition to rent, and any internet/TV/phone electricity.
